Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. While Valvos strives to ensure reliable message delivery, factors such as network congestion, device status, or carrier-specific issues may occasionally affect message timing or delivery. Valvos is not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, or undelivered due to carrier or network issues beyond our control.
SMS Consent & Opt-In
Customers provide consent to receive SMS messages from Valvos-powered plumbing businesses in the following ways:
- By calling our business phone number — When you call a Valvos-powered plumbing business (e.g., (833) 456-0123), if the call is missed, you will receive an automated SMS follow-up. Your inbound call to our number constitutes consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry.
- By texting our business number — If you send an SMS to a Valvos-powered phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS replies related to your service request.
